Dr. Samuel ChristenseN, DO
Rachael has been a registered nurse for 4 years and has worked in the healthcare field in many capacities since 2018. Her diverse clinical background equips her to provide compassionate, hands-on care and ensure smooth, patient-centered service for every client.
Sam is a board-certified family medicine physician with 9 years of experience. His primary care and women’s health background brings comprehensive medical knowledge to support our clients’ overall wellness goals in a safe and informed manner.

We are a family-owned and operated business founded by siblings who are lifelong natives of St. George. We grew up in this community, and are deeply passionate about giving back by delivering personalized, evidence-based wellness services that fit the busy lifestyles of our neighbors, athletes, families, and visitors.
